Hotel Policies

Read below to learn more about the policies that guide us as we serve the traveling public. If you have further questions, special requests, or would like more information please contact a member of our management team.

  • CHECK-IN Time is @ 3:00 PM & CHECK-OUT Time is @ 11:00AM
    • Check-in time is any time after 3:00 Pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy and housekeeping demand). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
    • Guests will be required to present their own valid form of identification upon arrival. Especially if you have already prepaid by credit card before your arrival.
    • Early Check-In: We are unable to guarantee early check-ins; however, if an early check-in is requested we will do our best to accommodate. An early check-in fee of $25.00 will be added for any check-ins prior to our 3:00 PM check-in time.
    • Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please advise the receptionist when making your reservation or for a longer stay the night before your departure. A late check-out fee of $25.00 will be applied.
    • Late Check Out: A late check out time of 1:00 PM may be available if requested with advance notice on the morning of departure. We will do our best to accommodate but not guarantee.. If your personal belongings are still in your room after 1:00 PM and you have not arranged a late check out with the front desk in advance, you will be charged for an additional night’s stay.
  • CANCELATION POLICY
    • All hotel rooms and efficiency units are subject to a cancellation policy, we require 24 hr notice for all cancellations . Otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied in the amount of a one night stay for the room being canceled.
    • Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.
  • Non-Smoking Policy
    • The hotel is a non-smoking facility, including e-cigarettes and marijuana, and violation of this policy will result in minimum damage and cleaning fees of $350.
  • Key Return
    • All keys must be returned to the key drop box, located in the main lobby or an additional charge of $20.00 will be applied.
  • Housekeeping Policy
    • We have provided “Do not disturb / Please make up the room door knob hangers for each room. If you are staying with us for more than one night, we do reserve the right for our Room Attendants to be able to service the room daily and replace linens etc. to help maintain the good condition of our rooms. Room Attendants are typically on property from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. So if there is a specific time within those hours you would like your room serviced, please let the front desk attendant know. If you do not wish to have your room serviced or to be disturbed ,Please be sure to use the door hanger provided. Due to the staffing shortages experienced everywhere, we
      occasionally may employ a “Housekeeping Upon Request ” policy where housekeeping service may be limited to every second day of a guest’s stay unless more frequent housekeeping is specifically requested by the guest.
  • WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
    • Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and around the hotel area. For login and password, please ask the receptionist .
  • PET POLICY
    • Our designated pet-friendly rooms are ideal for you and your pet to get a good night’s sleep. There is a fee of an additional $20.00 per night up to $100.00 per stay for this service. A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 will also be pre-authorized to cover any damage and or deep cleaning required after your departure in order to maintain the quality of our rooms for future guests. Please call ahead and inform us of your request to book a pet friendly room as there are a limited number of these rooms in the hotel.
    • Pets roaming unsupervised in the hallways, lobby, lounge or in the common area of the Hotel will not be tolerated.
    • If you leave the hotel, and leave your pet in the room you must inform the receptionist or use a DND door hanger to make housekeeping staff aware.
  • Lost & Found
    • Lost & found items are typically kept at the property for no more than one month. Bedding items such as blankets and pillows are only kept on property for 3 days, please try to contact the hotel about any items you may have left behind .Please note the hotel is not liable for lost valuables.
  • Rollaway Cots
    • Rollaway cots may be available but are not guaranteed with advance notice for $10 plus tax per night for rooms furnished with only one bed. Only one rollaway cot may be added to a room, and rollaway cots are not permitted in rooms already furnished with two beds per hotel fire code compliance.
  • Credit Card and Payment Options
    • Our hotel accepts Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
    • The ATM machine is located in the main lobby.
